IT'S MY FAULT
So going into that challenge I was so pumped. I thought we had great chemistry, most people said they were good with puzzles, about a 3 level. It is kind of irritating that Jenn was a puzzle whiz when she said she was a 3. Joaquin thought it would be best to pair her with Kelly, who claimed to be a 5, and was. Meanwhile, Dan said he was pretty good, while Sierra said she wasn't the best. I originally had

Joaquin and Jenn
Granted, I struggled on the puzzle, but I ended up getting a rhythm down, so I think Sierra and I could have solved it. We would have been last though, but I think I should have went with my gut and not with my over analytical mind that was like I should listen to Joaquin because this is a democracy.
In the end, it was all my fault because I quoted the three puzzles I posted and had them copied and pasted. Then I went to do the Jenn and Kelly puzzle, and quoted it and was ready, BUT I FORGOT TO COPY AND PASTE THAT AS WELL. UGHHHHH. Stupid, stupid mistake.
I don't think I should be going home as we have New Shirin. But the big question for me is about the idol. Do I play it, do I burn it, do I save it for a swap, etc.
I spent a lot of time trying to find the second idol, but it was for naught as it isn't hidden yet. BUMMER.
Right now, Kel Kel is my number 1. Sierra is my number 2. Joe is 3. Joaquin is 4. Jenn is 5. Dan is 6. Max is 7. Shirin is 8.
I'm going to go strategize right now, and see what happens. I just hope not to be the first boot.

My number 1 ally at this point is my girl Kel Kel. We formed a really strong bond, and we talk the most consistently, even about random shit. Next to Kelly, I trust Sierra, then Jenn the most. I really had a trust in Joe and Joaquin, but Kelly said they tell her alliance of Dan, Kelly, Sierra, Joe, and Joaquin everything. So they moved down a lot. I'm trying to form a relationship with Max, but he's a man of little words, so this has been a bit rough.
Obviously Shirin is the consensus first boot, but this idol is giving me so much paranoia. I think I'm gonna end up keeping it, and if I have to play at the next tribal, just because everyone needs to know Shirin is such a liability in challenges, especially in a head to head one.
I think Kelly and I want to go after Dan, which is convenient because of his timezone, but also because he is the leader of the opposing alliance and has Joe and Joaquin wrapped around his fingers.
After that I have no clue, but that's my thoughts right now.

If I do play the idol, it will show I'm honest and buy me currency, but then it's easier to vote me out in the future because the threat of the idol isn't there.
If I don't play the idol, I will have an idol if I ever need it, and I could use it for my alliance come the swap or merge. However, it makes me look shadier, and I don't have the honest card to use in the future.
