Big Brother is more of a slow game. It happens on a week to week basis. Someone wins HOH in a competition, then the HOH puts up two people for eviction. Then there is a POV competition, where the winner has the power to veto one of the HOH's nominees, including themselves, from eviction. If used, the HOH must name a replacement nominee. Then everyone else not nominated except the HOH casts votes to evict in the Diary Room, and the person with the majority is evicted. If there is a tie, the HOH breaks it. Once the jury begins, (historically at 9, recently at 11), so does the endgame. The 7/9 members of the jury vote for a winner of the final 2.
So from a game play perspective, if your on the outs in Survivor it's much harder to survive each vote, but on BB, you can be the last member of your alliance, and win an HOH and that can shake up the dynamics of the house if your a good player. Also, you get more of a luxurious stay on the game.
I think the easier game is BB if you have the patience, because there is also a lot of time for you to make decisions. In Survivor, it's more fast paced.
