7th Place | Voted Out 5-1-1
By Jeff Varner
#3632 Hey Reed. Congrats on surviving that tribal council.

Here are some questions:

1. That was a pretty hectic tribal council with a lot of drama. What was your take on what went down?

2. Did that vote go as you expected? If not, what'd you expect and what do you suspect went wrong?

3. With Kelly being the first member of the jury, at what point do you have to start considering jury votes?

4. Give me a status update on your game: How are you feeling about your place in the game this round? What's your path to the end?

#3689 Hey Jeff thanks.

1. I freaking loved it. I was glad I had that immunity necklace on my neck. But again, I have a pretty good idea on who I trust and will trust going on the game so even if I didn't have immunity, I think i would've faced tribal calmly.

2. Yep, I wanted that Kelly boot first second we merged. I was expecting a full blown chaos, one of the power players gone if Kelly didn't go home.

3. I think I have been building jury votes/relationships since the first day of the game. Again if I get stuck with the person I want sitting beside me, Drew and/or So, I think I'll be good.

4. I'm feeling weirdly good and calm. I think I've made good connections with people. Really helps that you have someone you could trust a 100%. Drew, yeah I know this could change and this could bite me in the ass. But that's a judgement call I'm willing to take right now. My game revolves a lot on trusting Drew. Taking the right people, Drew and/or anyone except Joaq. I think I'll be golden.

#3702 Everybody thinks I'm just naively wanting to be friends with people - which I am aware that is a scary thing because everybody wants a likeable guy out. But somehow information's been freely being passed to me. It's weird and awesome at the same time.

#3707 If there's someone that's gonna sniff me out 100% it'll be Drew and again, I trust the guy completely I'll take a bullet for him. It's make or break F2 with him. I've been wary with how I've been talking with people too anyway. I think I have set myself up as the guy who's driven by emotion and not strategically. Hopefully that runs true in this Crazytown Camp of ours.

#3708 Yeah but does he really count though if you're as committed to each other as you say? And speaking of which, how transparent are you guys in terms of your bond/allegiance? Do you think anyone suspects that you two are really close?

#3709 Exactly why I doubt no one's gunna sniff me out (sniffing is like ratting people out right?). Nah, I've made it clear that Drew and I aren't close, that's what everyone know. Nobody knows we're like a tight butthole.

Did you just call me fake? :c. Awe come on.. I'm born nice. Haha.

Who knows. That's part of the mindgame for them. Am I playing fake? am I playing genuinely? If it gets them to think twice about me or things, I'll take that.

#3723 Wouldn't that be bad if it makes them think twice about you?

#3724 It depends with all the paranoia going on right now? The tension? I'd like to think I'm the closest thing to a psychiatrist they have here.

#3735 I come off (I hope) to them as someone who ain't playing a strategic game. They wanna talk about their life, cats, sports, party, booze, family. Somehow I hope it eases up the stress they receive from this game. It'll benefit me when it comes to the jury numbers. Deter if the people ending up in the jury are gamebots. Still, that's a speech that I can work around with. It's a start.

#3829 Dale wants Val out
Val wants Joaq out

People are scared left and right, tensions are up in the sky. If it's a similar IC wherein we eliminate people, well, I'll again eliminate Val and Joaq just to prevent any derailment of plans. Keep the table open.

#3830 And now Dale is giving me his idol clue. Remind me never to go after Idol clues in this game.
