9th Place | Voted Out 5-4
By Kelly Wigles
#4184 Hey Jenn! here are your customary confessional prompts :)

1) So far it's looking like Yali is just going to steamroll over Asmat, how does this make you feel? Can you find a way out of your predicament and overcoming the numerous Yali's left in the game?

2) Who is your number 1 ally in the game? Who can you trust?

3) With everyone practically giving up in the challenge, do you think it will be easier for people to win challenges considering no one really tries?

#4208 Ahem... so that vote. Guess I should clear up how it went from Joaquin to Dan. In short: Yali is fucking nuts. More specifically, Nadiya is fucking nuts. We had everything in place and then suddenly everything went to shit literally 20 minutes before PMs were to be shut off. There were so many names thrown around that I didn't even know what was what.

When Dan pulled out his idol, I just stuck with my vote because Val would be going anyway even if it was real. It honestly wasn't until Drew was like "HEY GUYS, I'M VOTING FOR MISSY" that things went to shit for me. The entire day, we had used "Missy" to describe Dale. So immediately, I was like, FUCK he's scared and he's switching the vote. So I voted Dale because that entire tribe has just made me so paranoid with their constant vote-switching that I didn't even know up from down anymore. I am actually angry that I was the only one who didn't end up voting Dan because I was the one campaiging for his boot the whole time icon_laughing

Not that I care. That rat bastard Dale just threw me under the bus at tribal. It's like, fuck, that's the last time I ever try and help you, shitlord. I played it off like "Oh I was just trying to help, Dale, and I guess you just misread my message?" but I was ready to just go off on him all Jaclyn-style with the slurs and everything. Dale just cannot be trusted with anything, so won't trust him.

#4209 With an alliance so wishy washy, would it make more sense to jump ship? What's the alternative scenario to working with them?

#4210 I'm not too concerned about the Yali dominance. As shown in the mass paranoia-induced scramble right before tribal, Yali is just one big hot mess. With only Joaquin, myself and So left and with all the huge distractions like Kelly and Dan gone, they'll definitely start turning on each other. Now there's no Asmats painting huge targets on their backs anymore. It's just three quiet Asmats vs. the clusterfuck. It's definitely not as cohesive as it looks.

Adding to that, I feel like I can really trust Drew (even if he's a butthead sometimes). I think I've bonded the most with him out of anyone in this game. Could he be my downfall, though? Definitely. Drew's a gamer and there's always a possibility that he could turn things around on me at any moment just like he's trying with Nadiya and Jaclyn. So I definitely feel I at least have some sort of in with the Yali alliance.

Plus, after this last vote, Dale is definitely on the outs. He can't hide that he voted for Val or Reed (trust me, I almost tried hiding my embarassing vote for Dale to no avail) and they'll be gunning for him soon enough.

#4217 How do you think the main alliance is divided? who's closest to whom? And how do you see the rest of this game panning out?

#4225 Nadiya, Val and Jaclyn are an unbreakable three for sure. I'm honestly not sure about everyone else because Reed and Dale are just so two-faced and wishy-washy. But I'm pretty sure Drew and I are a tight alliance and So's pretty tight with us too. At the very least, Drew voted out a goat and may vote out one of his own next. Joaquin's just causing trouble on his own and trying to pick up where Dan left off, I think.

If the votes keeping switching like they've done the past two tribals, I honestly don't know. In my perfect world, though, I could envision a final 3 with myself, Drew and one of Dale or Jaclyn. They're both equally huge goats, so it wouldn't matter which.

#4298 I don't think Drew's a goat, just Jaclyn and Dan. However, I definitely think I'd have a shot to beat him in the end because he just tells everyone what he wants to hear and doesn't give anyone a straight answer. Don't get me wrong, Drew would be a really tough opponent, but I think I'd have more of an argument than I would up against Nadiya and Val.

Dale and Jaclyn are 100% goats.

As I've said many times, Jaclyn tanked her game a long time ago. She hasn't talked to any of the people on Asmat and she hasn't actually been doing anything in the game except relying on her alliance for the vote every time. Jaclyn's just being dragged along. Plain and simple. She doesn't even know how to make a good argument. You know, there's a huge difference between my response to Dale at the last tribal when he threw me under the bus. I was calm and just disregarded his accusation, playing it off as mishearing. Jaclyn, the other hand, started completely attacking So and using racial slurs. She just cannot make a rational argument to save her life, apparently.

Dale is just this panicky, slimy person who tries to guilt everyone that he's just been so damn honest and so loyal when we've all caught him in several lies and we've all caught him throwing us under the bus. Hell, I've caught him lying in the same fucking PM. First he tells me that everyone in the alliance has been "truthful" and that I'm not managing the jury well, then he's like "Yeah, Nadiya and Val are huge liars just like you". Bitch, which is it? I don't think a single person in this game, except maybe Dan, respects Dale's game at all.

#4688 Hey Jenn, what were your thoughts on that challenge - both results and guesses?

Also, can you please give me a game status update in the form of a trust ranking? Something like ranking your other tribemates 1-8 with a trust score /10

So if you trust me the most, you'd go:

1. Jeff Varner: 10

so on and so forth.

#4695 So the challenge today was that "Touchy Subjects" challenge that, if done right, makes everyone mad. These people get all paranoid and flustered with just a fucking rumor, so this challenge was a goldmine of paranoia and destruction.

I don't really put all that much stock in what people said for this. I mean, So was the correct answer for about half of them only because she's on the bottom and an easy target so that nobody would get offended. Plus, there's so much game left that those answers could change at the drop of a hat come final tribal.

However, Drew immediately went into scrambling mode and started panicking that he was the next to go because everyone said he was most likely to win and most likely to backstab an ally. I think it would've been smarter for them to put me for that second one, to be honest. As much as Drew likes to say he doesn't freak out or get paranoid, he sure started hustling after the challenge.

So I definitely plan to use that to my advantage and start splitting up the Yali majority. Dale's already dug his own grave and is just annoying everyone to death. I think I could definitely get Jaclyn/Nadiya against Drew and vice versa. It's really Val that's the glue of Yali right now. If she left, their alliance would immediately crumble because she's the only rational person on their side (barring Reed, but he's just a glorified yes man).

For me, personally, I don't take much stock in that challenge. But I could definitely use it to my advantage. I was voted as the answer to the question "Who do you think has the most enemies on the jury?". Well of course with only Dan and Kelly, and my recent fight with Dan still in people's minds, it's a no-brainer. But I could definitely play that up to people and make them think I'll be easy to beat for the vote. I mean, they definitely could be right and I could end up with a lot of enemies on the jury, but I think it's still something that'd be very useful to get me to the end.

#4701 Tribe Ranking According to How Much I Trust Their Asses:

Jenn - 10
Everyone else - negative 100

... But seriously, I don't trust any of them because of how panicky they are. If I had to actually rank them:

So - 9
Joaquin - 5
Val - 4
Drew - 3.5
Nadiya - 3
Jaclyn - 1
Dale - 0

However, it'll definitely change because these people just end up surprising me more and more as we draw closer to the finals.

Some days, Joaquin is lower because he does stupid things like trusting Dan, sometimes higher (like now, because he has no options).

Val... is a curious case. Like, I trust her and I think she does well in calming people down and making them feel wanted... but then that's why I don't actually trust her. She's just an amazing social player that can smooth over the roughest patches given time.

Jaclyn... there's nothing to trust. I haven't talked to her one-on-one once.

Nadiya, I'm not sure how to read her. Definitely don't think I'd trust her

Drew is another one that depends on the day. He's silmy and out for himself one minute, the next minute he's the nicest guy that I can tell anything to without worrying he'll blab. I just never really know with him.

So, I definitely feel I can trust. I don't think she'd ever vote me out because of all we've been through. But I can definitely still tell she's playing a "me" game and wouldn't stick her neck out for me.

Dale - FUCK NO. I can't trust his lying, manipulative ass at all. He lies all day and throws everyone under the bus he can, then plays the wounded gazelle gambit and guilts you more than a Jewish mother. I just can't trust him.

#4732 With all the paranoia going on and with the original target now immune, one could say that the game is wide open for a big power-shift. Do you think there's a way that you could take advantage of it?

Judging by your trust rankings, So is the only person you trust, is there a way that you could convince her that you two could work together? Or is her "me" game just can't be breached?

#4755 Joaquin was always the original target and still is. Val got the six of us (myself, Drew, Reed, herself, Jaclyn and Nadiya) and confirmed it right after the challenge. The girls consider Joaquin to be a huge threat. And I think they're right... down the line. He could end up becoming a huge strategic force. But right now? He's just a lost little puppy waiting to be picked off. I think the girls definitely want to limit everyone else's options so that they can continue controlling the game.

So and I have been working closely since the merge. But right now, she's got immunity and she's digging in her heels for the vote. She wants Drew gone now. And I'd definitely consider that if I thought we could get the numbers for it. But right now, Nadiya, Val and Jaclyn aren't budging. They want Joaquin and that's the end of that discussion. I've definitely got to convince So that voting against the girls is smart right now and we can get Drew later. Right now, Drew's the only person willing to make a move because he's so damn paranoid. He's already got Joaq, Dale and Reed on board for a Val blindside... I hope. Honestly, though, I never know what to believe. Reed and Dale are the shadiest characters and could just be playing us hardcore.
